30-Day Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To protect product safety, hygiene, and quality, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Eligible Returns
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, inserts, and promotional materials.
- Proof of purchase from Glutanex-USA.com or GlutanexCanada.com is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
Opened or Used Products
We cannot accept returns of opened, used, tested, or partially used skincare, cosmetic, supplement, or personal care products.
Broken Seal or Missing Packaging
Products with broken seals, missing original packaging, damaged packaging, or missing inserts may not be accepted for return.
Final Sale & Promotional Items
Gift cards, final sale items, clearance items, promotional gifts, complimentary products, and samples are not eligible for return.
Third-Party Purchases
Products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, unauthorized sellers, or other websites must be returned through the original seller.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Photos Required
Please provide clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and any visible damage.
Return Shipping
Prepaid Return Label
For returns due to personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Our Responsibility
If we shipped the wrong item, or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we provide a free prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- A flat $15 return shipping fee applies to non-defective returns and is deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed damaged/defective item.
- Promotional discounts, rewards, or store credits may not be refundable in cash.
Promotional Gifts & Bundles
- If your order included a free gift, promotional item, or bundle item, it may need to be returned with the original order to receive a full refund.
- If a promotional gift or bundle item is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Partial returns of bundles may be adjusted based on the final value of the items kept.
Abuse Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits if we believe the return activity is excessive, fraudulent, abusive, or does not comply with this policy.
