Order Processing

Important Shipping Information
- We currently ship to customers in Canada and the United States.
- Please enter a complete and accurate physical shipping address at checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, temporary addresses, or freight forwarders.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
- For domestic Canadian orders shipped within Canada, import duties are generally not expected.
- For U.S. orders or cross-border shipments, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges may apply unless collected at checkout.
- Any customs or import charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Delayed Orders
If your package is delayed, please check the carrier tracking first. We will help where possible, but final delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Marked Delivered
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days with your order number and clear photos of the package and products.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
- Once a package is in transit, delivery address changes may be limited by the carrier.
